Just because we expect our Referral Partners to have a good working knowledge of using QuickBooks in the commercial/government contruction industry and a good understanding of both Certified Payroll and AIA Billing requirements, does not mean that we do provide you with any type of training in these areas or the use of our software.Rather, it means that we simply cannot (and will not) spend hours ont he phone or via remote sessions teaching you "everything there is to know" for free. Our time, like yours, is valuable and billable - especially when it comes to "basic" training.
