Massachusetts Certified Payroll Reporting Requirements
Massachusetts certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting requirements can be covered by any of the following agencies, and requires the filing of agency specific certified payroll reports; each with their own unique set of requirements.
- Massachusetts Port Authority
- Massachusetts Division of Occupational Safety
- Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management
- Boston Water and Sewer Commission
- U. S. Department of Labor Form WH-347
Additionally, the Boston Housing Authority also has it's own special EEOC Report, which must be submitted on a weekly basis.
